Yes, Broadside is pet friendly and are an additional £25 per month.
Yes, we have secure underground parking spaces available to rent, including 4 spaces with electric charging points. Parking is an additional £175 per month. Please note there may be a short waiting list.

Yes, all of our apartments come with a bespoke furniture package, provided by Loft, included at no extra cost.
Yes, high-speed broadband is included in your monthly rent, including initial set up, and will be ready to use when you move in.
Yes, Broadside has a 24-hour concierge to assist with general queries, accept delivery of your parcels and provide advice relating to maintenance.
We’re very excited to share our amenity spaces with residents, which include a co-working space, roof terraces, a fitness studio and a lounge. Whilst these spaces are not open to the general public, we would encourage you to relax and enjoy them with friends and family.
Upon reservation, a holding deposit, equivalent to one week’s rent, will be taken to secure the property whilst we conduct reference checks and prepare the tenancy. Once you move in, this holding deposit will be allocated to the first month’s rent.
Yes, a deposit is required before you move in, equal to 5 weeks rent. This is held in a tenancy deposit protection scheme.
