When you reserve an apartment, we’ll take a holding deposit to secure the reservation while we conduct reference checks and prepare your tenancy. The deposit is equivalent to one week’s rent and, once you’ve moved in, the amount is deducted from your first month’s rent.

Your deposit is equal to 5-weeks rent, is required before you move in, and is held in a secure tenancy deposit protection scheme.

Not necessarily. If you prefer, we offer our tenants the Reposit scheme which allows you to pay a small fee instead of a large deposit. That means you get to keep the money in your own bank account instead of paying out the full 5 week deposit to us. At the end of your tenancy you just pay for anything you might owe.
