When will the apartments be ready to move in to?

We’re working hard on site, whilst sticking to government advice on social distancing, to make sure that Broadside opens its doors as soon as possible. Stay up to date with the latest progress on our website and social channels.

Can I arrange a viewing?

We’re working hard to open our marketing suite as soon as it is safe to do so, and will keep you updated on progress through our website and social channels.

Am I allowed pets?

Yes, Broadside is pet friendly, get in touch and for further information regarding our policy.

Is there parking?

We have 60 parking spaces available to rent at an additional cost, including 4 spaces with electric charging points.  These spaces will be offered to residents living in two and three bedroom apartments in the first instance. We will keep residents updated on further availability via the Broadside Residents’ App.

Is there any bike storage?

Yes, there is free, secure, on-site cycle storage available for residents to use on a first come first served basis.

Are the apartments furnished?

Yes, all of our apartments come with a bespoke furniture package, provided by a local furniture company, included at no extra cost.

Is WIFI included?

Yes, high-speed broadband is included in your monthly rent, including initial set up, and will be ready to use when you move in.

Is there concierge?

Yes, concierge will be on site 24/7 to assist with general queries and provide advice and updates relating to maintenance and tenancy issues etc. They can also help arrange apartment viewings. Broadside’s Resident Services team will also be available during working hours, and between 11am and 4pm on a Saturday.

Can anyone use the amenity spaces?

We’re very excited to share our amenity spaces with residents, which include a co-working space, roof terraces, a wellness studio and a lounge, as soon as it is safe to do so. Whilst these spaces are not open to the general public, we would encourage you to relax and enjoy them with friends and family.

Are any fees applicable?

Upon reservation, a holding deposit, equivalent to one week’s rent, will be taken to secure the property whilst we conduct reference checks and prepare the tenancy. Once you move in, this deposit will be allocated to the first month’s rent.

Is a deposit payable?

Is public transport easily accessible?
